The festive period is a time for giving, and 888poker is getting well and truly into the Christmas spirit by running its popular Holiday Sale promotion. Running from December 16-23, the Holiday Sale sees 17 of 888poker's most popular multi-table tournaments (MTTs) have their buy-ins slashed in half yet sees those MTTs' guarantees remain the same.
Whether you are looking to save a few bucks playing your usual tournaments or are looking to take a shot at an MTT that's usual outside of your bankroll's constraints, the 888poker Holiday Sale could be just what you are looking for.
888poker Holiday Sale Schedule
The 888poker Holiday Sale begins on December 16 with a pair of cut-price tournaments for you to sink your teeth into. The $8,000 guaranteed Big Shot 215 usually costs $215 to enter, but you can buy in for $109. An hour later, the PKO Rumble 55 can be entered for only $27.50 instead of the usual $55, but the $15,000 guarantee remains.
Having the usual buy-in halved represents excellent value on its own, but a trio of Holiday Sale events stand out from the crowd.
On December 22, the final Sunday before Christmas, 888poker is giving its players an epic gift. Not only is the $30,000 Holiday Sale Mystery Bounty 55 only costing $27.50 to enter, and the $30,000 Holiday Sale Big Shot 525 available for $265, the ever-popular $100,000 Mystery Bounty Main Event will only cost $55 to enter instead of $109.
The $100,000 Mystery Bounty Main Event runs across two days, with Day 1 ending once only eight players remain. The eight finalists return to their seats on December 23 to conclude the tournament under the watchful eyes of the 888poker Twitch channel viewers. Someone will win a $10,000 jackpot mystery bounty for only $55. Here's hoping it's you.

- The basic idea of the game is to use a hand of cards to form sets and sequences with the aim of melding all of your cards before your opponents do. With a standard 52-card deck and jokers that can act as wild cards, the game usually has two to six players. One card is dealt face-up to begin the discard pile, and the remaining cards form the draw pile after each player is dealt a predetermined number of cards. The basic goal is always the same: to make valid combinations while minimizing the number of points in your hand. The rules may differ slightly depending on the version being played. - The Value of Maintaining Your Cool in Rummy Yono. One of the most important—yet underappreciated—aspects of winning at Rummy Yono is remaining composed throughout the game. The mental toughness needed to remain composed under pressure cannot be emphasized; players' emotions can run high as rounds go on and the stakes increase. Players can choose their hands and gameplay tactics more logically when they develop a mindset that prioritizes strategic thinking over emotional responses. 24-12-23
- It could be a good idea to play aggressively and try to win early if you have a strong hand early on. On the other hand, a more defensive approach might be required if your hand is weak or if you see that your opponents are on the verge of winning. This can entail keeping some cards longer than normal or throwing away cards that won't help you make good combinations. Ultimately, a player's ability to read the game & modify their tactics appropriately is what makes a strategy successful. 24-12-23

- Maintaining Focus & Handling Stress. During stressful situations, methods like deep breathing or taking quick breaks in between turns can help reduce tension and preserve focus.
